The location is perfect for walking to the Arch, and the view from my room was amazing. Valet service was slow, taking a while to retrieve my car.

Location is fantastic with stunning views of the Arch. Housekeeping was lacking; our room wasn't properly cleaned. Happy hour at Ruth's Chris was a nice touch.

Check-in was a nightmare—requested connecting rooms but ended up with them on different floors! After finally getting sorted out, the ADA shower situation was wrong too. It felt like no one was paying attention, and we were just frustrated.

Great location and friendly staff. Valet parking was a hassle and overpriced.

Great location right across from the Arch. The upgraded room had a nice view and was spacious with a separate seating area. Loved the double sinks in the bathroom. Fitness centre available. Rooms were clean and had all the basics like a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, fridge, and tea/coffee maker. Starbucks downstairs was a plus.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view, perfect for a romantic getaway. The Starbucks on site made mornings easier with delicious coffee for us.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but it was manageable.

The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the iconic Gateway Arch and the Mississippi River, offering stunning views and easy access to everything downtown has to offer, including attractions like the Museum of Westward Expansion and Busch Stadium which are both less than a mile away, making it ideal for weekend strolls. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the on-site dining options, including a steakhouse and Starbucks, are convenient and enjoyable. the check-in experience could use some improvement, as there were issues with reservations that impacted our stay.

The panoramic view of the arch from our upgraded room was absolutely breathtaking! I loved the spacious layout and separate sinks in the bathroom—perfect for when you’re getting ready. The location made it super easy to explore the arch and enjoy nearby attractions, all while feeling pampered!

The Hyatt Regency St Louis offers an outstanding location near attractions and clean surroundings. The check-in staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making you feel at home. Despite some maintenance issues, the overall experience was pleasant, and I look forward to returning to this hotel!

The lobby impresses instantly with its beauty. Quick check-in was a plus. The location near the arch is unbeatable. service was lacking. Rude staff, unanswered calls, and missing essentials like towels diminished the experience. The room, while spacious with a great view, had outdated furnishings and a noisy air unit that disrupted sleep. Parking fees are excessive and not clearly communicated. Carts for self-parking guests were absent. Quality must be prioritized over aesthetics; the management's attention to detail is conspicuously absent. The potential is there, but it’s overshadowed by fundamental shortcomings in service and maintenance. A rewarding stay awaits only after serious improvements.

The view was fantastic, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Located close to the iconic arch, offering a peek-a-boo view from our window. The hotel had excellent service, with accommodating staff who handled issues promptly.
There were some issues with parking, as unauthorized parking blocked access to cars. Additionally, there were problems with the bathtub and shower, causing inconvenience.

The room temperature was initially set at an uncomfortable 80 degrees, making it stuffy. We had to switch rooms several times, finally landing on one that worked for us. Noise from the street often disrupted sleep, despite bringing a sound machine. Curtains failed to block out the bright city lights, and gaps let in more. The bedding was outdated, and the comforters appeared unclean. While the bathroom needed significant updates, the room was spacious. Linens weren’t consistently replaced; cleaning seemed sporadic. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to attractions nearby.

Spacious and comfortable, the room itself was a nice touch, although the air conditioner struggled, leaving us uncomfortably warm. The presence of Starbucks in the lobby was a convenient perk. the parking situation and staff interactions—especially with security—were frustrating and felt dismissive. Promised amenities like the fridge and microwave were underwhelming or nonexistent. For the price, I expected a more consistent experience. A mixed bag of highlights and noticeable letdowns.

My friends and I had a blast at the modern gym, we pumped some iron like pros! After sweating at the fitness center, we hit the trails for epic biking fun , felt like extreme athletes! The St Louis Wheel and golf course were lit , total must, dos!
More late, night party options for us young'uns would've been epic! .

Loved the view of the Arch and the helpful staff. My dog enjoyed the treats. The restaurant focuses on fresh, local ingredients, making my meals delicious.
Oh joy, my reserved King bed magically turned into a twin.

First off, the staff at the check-in desk were really lovely and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed right from the start. I must say the dust in the room was awful for my asthma. It made it really hard for me to sleep comfortably, and I had to use all my medication just to manage. the location of the hotel couldn't be beat. We were right in the heart of everything, and the restaurants in the hotel were top-notch. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly, even during the busy baseball season. On the downside, the rooms were a bit on the small side for the price we paid. And the lack of amenities like a pool or complimentary breakfast was a letdown, especially for families traveling with kids. We also had some issues with the room cleanliness and the maintenance of facilities. The air conditioning wasn't working when we arrived, and it took multiple calls and a significant wait time for it to be fixed. Not ideal, especially after a long day of travel. Despite these setbacks, the staff was always friendly and tried their best to rectify the issues we encountered. our stay was a bit of a rollercoaster, with some highs and lows. But, if you're looking for a central location with attentive staff, the Hyatt Regency might still be worth considering.

Great location with amazing views. Service was lacking and room too small.

The Starbucks in the lobby was a lifesaver for my early mornings, and the breathtaking view of the iconic landmark just outside the hotel was truly unforgettable.
For the hefty price of 800 bucks for two nights, I expected to sleep like a king, but the bed felt like a rock and the pillows were no better. Even a budget option would have been cozier.

The kids loved the St Louis Ferris Wheel, boasting stunning views of the city and the Mississippi River. The Stonewolf Golf Course offered a relaxing and fun outdoor activity for the family, perfect for unwinding after exploring the majestic Gateway Arch. A day well spent!
My kids wished for more kid-friendly dining options.

we had a wonderful stay at hyatt regency and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends & family, as well as to stay here again if we are in the area. the location could not be better--this hotel is in downtown & is literally as close to the arch as you can get! the check in staff were friendly & guest services were especially helpful in directing us to nearby places for dinner. the room & bathroom were both sparkly clean, spacious, & felt luxurious.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes 🙂

The Hyatt Regency Saint Louis At The Arch was a wonderful budget-friendly option for our family. The hotel itself was beautiful, making my kids feel like royalty. The front lobby staff, especially Stephanie, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even found us an extra blanket. The location near the Gateway Arch was perfect, and the on-site restaurants were excellent.

I chose Hyatt Regency for its proximity to the Gateway Arch. The complimentary wireless internet and vibrant sports bar were delightful surprises. The bar's homemade barbecue and local beer selection were perfect after exploring the city.
Parking garage full, valet pricey. Kids running in halls.
